Born and raised in the South, Matthew grew up watching his mother in the kitchen. From Sunday breakfasts to weekly dinners, these earliest childhood experiences fueled his culinary passion. For the last nine years, Matthew worked his way through greater Atlanta’s culinary scene with the goal of one day holding the title of Executive Chef. His leadership style is defined by passion, consistent improvement, and the belief that greatness cannot be achieved on one’s own. Matthew is interested in foreign languages and also speaks Spanish and French.
