In over 20 years working in restaurants, Daniel experienced many different sides of the hospitality industry. He began his career working as a sommelier in New York City at Michelin-starred The Modern, which has won four total James Beard awards including Outstanding Wine Program in 2011 during Daniel’s tenure. In 2013, he moved back to his hometown of Roswell, Georgia to open restaurants with his brother, Ryan, starting with Osteria Mattone. Together they opened and owned four restaurants, currently including Table & Main and Casa Robles. Daniel is still equally as excited to manage the dining room through an energetic Saturday night as he is guiding a sold out multi-coursed paired wine dinner. He lives just down the road from the restaurants with his wife, Renee.
