Nai brings a wealth of insight and enthusiasm to her role as Assistant General Manager. With 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry - half with RO Hospitality - Nai's food-and-beverage journey began as a craft bartender at multiple high-volume bars. Nai was the General Manager of RO Hospitality's former restaurant, Coalition Food and Beverage, an American bar & grill concept. Her commitment to maintaining a positive, high-energy environment makes work feel less like work.  She relentlessly expands her beverage knowledge and creativity to enrich the restaurant experience for our guests. When not at OM, she's likely hiking with her dog Max, jamming out to Taylor Swift, or both. Max is a big fan.
